About Us

Meet Matt Spradlin -
Life Coach & Guide for the
Journey Home

I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from yourself. For years, I lived with shame and self-doubt, afraid to be too much or not enough. Everything changed when I began to face those fears, release old stories, and embrace who I really am.

That journey inspired me to help others do the same.

Today, I coach midlife adults, mid-career professionals, and LGBTQ+ individuals who are ready to rediscover their true selves and create lives that feel deeply aligned. My approach is intuitive, compassionate, and grounded in both spirituality and practical psychology. Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and supported; maybe for the first time in years.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me hiking in nature, sipping a chai latte, or spending time with my LGBTQ+ faith community.

Services Process

How It Works

My consultation process is simple and focused on you. We’ll start with a discovery session to understand your goals, challenges, and vision for the future. From there, I’ll create a personalized coaching plan designed to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Step 1

Orientation

Step one is all about connection and clarity. During our orientation, we’ll talk about your vision, your current struggles, and where you want to be. It’s your opportunity to pause, reflect, and take the first powerful step toward a more confident and balanced life.

Step 2

Indentification

Step two is all about self-discovery. Through thoughtful reflection and guided conversation, you’ll begin to recognize what’s standing between you and your goals. This step helps you gain awareness and confidence to move forward with purpose and determination.

Step 3

Exploration

Step three is where real growth begins. Through open and empowering conversations, we’ll explore your mindset, habits, and choices — uncovering the opportunities that lead to transformation. This stage helps you step out of your comfort zone and see your life through a new, more confident lens.

Step 4

Resolution

Step four is where clarity becomes progress. With a renewed mindset and a clear action plan, you’ll begin to implement positive changes in your daily life. This is the moment you start living the growth you’ve been working toward — confident, focused, and empowered.

Testimonials

What Our Client Says!

S.M

S.M

Matt really helped me think about my goals (professional and personal). He asked me good questions, listened well, and provided insightful reflection. He helped me find what motivates me in an engaging and thought provoking way. I embarked on this journey with him during a very stressful time in my professional life which could be all consuming and diminish who I am and the life I live away from work. Our sessions reminded me of what I want all aspects of my life to look like rather than focusing solely on my identity at the office. Our conversations really prompted me to ask myself if am I brave enough to ask for what I want, and helped me to realize that I deserve better than what I am currently getting. Because of that, I was able to ask for what I want in my current job.

My experience working with Matt was truly a meaningful reset. During a time when I needed to pause and think through several things happening in my life, he helped me navigate that process with compassion and encouragement. Each week gave me motivation to focus intentionally on my goals instead of just waiting for things to happen. Matt listened deeply, always taking care to make sure he understood what I meant, and offered helpful suggestions while also allowing space for me to find my own answers. He created a sense of accountability that helped me take real steps forward. Matt genuinely champions the people he works with and truly wants to see them move toward the next step in their journey.

Frequently Questions Answers

A life coach helps you get clear on what you want, notice what is holding you back, and take practical steps toward a life that feels more aligned. Coaching is forward-focused: together we set goals, explore options, and build the habits and confidence to follow through.

Therapy often focuses on healing past experiences and treating mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on the present and future — your goals, choices, and next steps. If something comes up that is better supported by a licensed therapist, I will tell you openly and help you find the right support.
